The Challenge
Make a Mark is a collaboration platform that aims to accelerate creative and technological innovation in wine and spirits packaging. Eighteen of the best global packaging design agencies - including Think Bold Studio - were invited to push their creativity and break new ground in packaging innovation.

Make a Mark is a collaboration platform that aims to accelerate creative and technological innovation in wine and spirits packaging. Eighteen of the best global packaging design agencies - including Think Bold Studio - were invited to push their creativity and break new ground in packaging innovation.

Approach
The design project was inspired by the Monte-Carlo Casino, which was designed by French Architect Jean-Louis Garnier in 1865. The casino’s art and architecture, as well as its interior Opera Garnier, served as inspiration for the design project, paying homage to Garnier.
Creative
Solution
The bottle interprets the concept in three different ways: the ornate stopper is inspired by the statues in the casino and the hood ornaments of the luxury cars parked around it; the ruffled pattern of the glass is a direct reference to the stage curtains; while the bottom of the bottle reproduces a roulette wheel.
